the first day

actually i guess it's my second day.



my delivery arrived from the states yesterday morning and i wasted no time in having my first pink drink. today i had my second one.

i took my measurements today and nearly shed a tear. i've never been a big girl. now i look pregnant! 

the doctor weighed me and i was 86.1kg. i've never been that big! i was 71kg 4 months pregnant! it's hit me hard. but even then it didn't hit me till i saw this years santa photo. i really didn't "see" how big i was. i'm beautiful in my kids eyes and if i believe him i am beautiful in my husbands eyes.

this is what the world sees. it's not how i feel. it's not how i see myself. it will be the last time i am seen like this.

i am undertaking a shift in my habits and a shift in my thinking. this week i will complete my workbook and get ready for the amazing life i deserve!
